Refunds & Returns Policy

Right to Cancel

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to cancel without giving any reason.

Returns

After notifying us, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Delivery charges paid at checkout will also be refunded if you cancel within the legal cooling-off period.

Partial returns will be refunded proportionally.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Return Costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for postage costs.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, July Bags will cover return postage.
